A vehicle history report is a report that all used cars have and is based on the VIN number that is associated with each individual car. This VIN number is recorded by a mechanic or auto body repair person every time he or she has to perform major work on a car.

In such a case, all of the superficial fixes in the world would not make us comfortable enough to resell the car to one of our customers. Winterize Your Car for Safe Winter Driving
